We are thrilled that Janelle Newton has been selected as the Roseburg High School girls’ varsity Janelle's impressive credentials make her an excellent fit for the position. As a former collegiate D1 athlete who played soccer for the Oregon State Beavers, Janelle brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

Janelle's dedication to her athletes' success is evident in her dual role as a former teacher, mother, and coach. She loves helping young players achieve their educational and athletic goals, and her commitment to their well-being is commendable. As a current youth coach for the Umpqua United Soccer Club, Janelle has proven her ability to inspire and motivate young athletes, coaching U10 and U12 competitive girls' teams.
